The theme for the Milo Adventist Academy 2011-2012 school year is, Stand up; Stand firm. In the Milo calendar every month, there is a verse refleting on our theme. I Corinthians 16:13 (NLT) says it well: "Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong." It does take courage to stand up for what you believe and for what is right. The color red represents courage.
